How can Whystler Automation's conveyor systems overcome different height differences in the production line?

Our automated conveyor systems offer various solutions for vertical and horizontal transport – from space-saving spiral conveyors and rotary conveyors to hinged belt and mat chain conveyors. This allows products to be transported safely and gently between different levels without interrupting the production flow. Spiral conveyors can overcome height differences of up to 15 meters, and clamping jaw conveyors up to 8 meters.

The different levels of automation offered by the conveyor systems also enable varying conveying speeds, which significantly contribute to more efficient production for companies in the beverage industry.

Can Whystler Automation's conveyor systems handle different container types such as cans, glass bottles, or PET bottles?

Yes. Our systems are flexibly designed for various containers and closures – from beverage cans to glass and PET bottles, as well as special closures like crown caps or swing-top closures. Changeovers are quick and easy as needed, allowing for efficient handling of mixed production runs.

How well can Whystler Automation's conveyor systems be integrated into existing production lines?

All conveyor systems are designed modularly and can be seamlessly integrated into existing lines. As a general contractor, our various departments – consulting, planning, project management, software and technical development, and the PLC programming team – work closely with you.

We take into account the available space, interfaces to filling or packaging machines, and the integrated control systems. This ensures smooth integration.

What conveying capacities and speeds are possible?

The performance parameters depend on the product type and system layout. Our systems can reliably convey tens of thousands of bottles, cans, or other containers (caps, crown caps, jars, trays, etc.) per hour.

Examples:
- Clamping jaw conveyors up to 60,000 units/hour at up to 60 m/min
- Cap conveyors up to 120,000 units/hour at up to 50 m/min
- Hinged belt conveyors up to 30 m/min
- Mat chain conveyors up to 40 m/min

We also offer buffer options in the form of rotary tables and turntables to ensure the overall system continues to operate stably and continuously even during machine stoppages.
