The Cage rinser from Whystler Automation offers a reliable and highly automated solution for the hygienic cleaning of beverage cans prior to filling. Cleaning is possible with either water, (ionized) air, or a combination of water and air – other cleaning technologies are also feasible. Thanks to its modular design with a standard inclination of 30°, it is optimally designed for efficient rinsing and can be flexibly integrated into existing filling lines.
Processing of all common can sizes
All beverage cans with internationally standard dimensions can be cleaned with the cage rinsers. Changing to other formats requires a simple manual exchange of the inlet and outlet heads – quick and safe. This makes the cage rinser suitable for both standard and special sizes. User friendly Design
