The Block Rinser from Whystler Automation is the ideal cleaning solution for companies that want to clean cans of different sizes hygienically and efficiently in their production line – without the need for complex changeovers. Thanks to the integrated format adjustment within the infeed head and rinser channel, changing can formats is quick and easy. Unlike a Bar Rinser the block rinser eliminates the need to replace heads when changing formats.
Semi- or fully automatic adjustment to different can sizes
The height adjustment for a new can size can be performed semi-automatically via a handwheel or fully automatically, depending on requirements. The diameter adjustment is also pneumatically controlled. The block rinser thus enables the processing of different can sizes in the shortest possible time, without the need to replace the inlet and outlet heads.
Modular design of the can rinser for maximum flexibility with different cleaning media
The block rinser’s design is based on a modular principle with a standard inclination of 28°. This inclination guarantees optimal cleaning performance with water, (ionized) air, or a combination of both.
