Whystler offers two different fully automatic rinser systems: cage rinsers and block rinsers. The difference lies in the inlet and outlet heads. The fully automatic Whystler can rinsers integrate seamlessly into existing production lines in the food and beverage industry and are suitable for filling cans of all common sizes. Depending on production capacity, the cans can be fed to the rinser head via one or two channels.<\/p>\n

The rinser head precisely rotates the cans, allowing them to be hygienically rinsed in the rinse channel with the selected cleaning medium\u2014water, ionized air, or a combination of both. After cleaning, the cans are automatically rotated back and gently transferred via the discharge basket to the downstream conveyor system.<\/p>\n
